Cancellation Policy

## HOUSE OF DÉBÉ POLICIES By booking or receiving services through House of DÉBÉ, clients agree to all business policies and terms. All sales are final. No refunds, credits, chargebacks, exchanges, or transfers will be issued for services, appointments, packages, memberships, prepaid sessions, promotions, deposits, or payment plans, including Affirm and other Buy Now, Pay Later providers. Full payment is required to book appointments. Clients must arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after that, appointments may be canceled without refund. No-shows, same-day cancellations, and late cancellations result in forfeiture of payment and loss of the scheduled session within any package or membership. Packages, memberships, and prepaid services are subject to expiration dates. Unused or expired sessions are forfeited without refund or transfer. Clients are responsible for arriving properly prepared, hygienic, and for disclosing all allergies, medications, skin conditions, sensitivities, and contraindications before services begin. Beauty, waxing, lash, brow, skincare, and body sculpting services may involve temporary side effects including redness, irritation, swelling, bruising, sensitivity, allergic reactions, or skin lifting. Results vary and are not guaranteed. House of DÉBÉ reserves the right to refuse, stop, cancel, or reschedule services at any time due to safety, sanitation, scheduling, professional, or policy-related concerns. Respectful behavior is required at all times. Security cameras may monitor business areas for safety and business protection purposes.
